About the service

Where the data comes from

Prices are collected directly from the stores' own product pages and updated continuously. The last collection was 10 days ago.

Product facts — ingredients list, nutrition, allergens and country of origin — come from the manufacturers' own registrations in the GS1 product catalog. We have facts for 369,074 items, 99,881 of them with nutrition values and 114,730 with an ingredients list.

How we compare

Products are grouped by title and EAN code. 93,729 products are sold by more than one store and can therefore be compared directly. Where the prices differ so much that the list probably contains different variants, we say so instead of claiming a lowest price.

Obvious misprices are filtered out: stores sometimes publish 0.01 kr or 999 999 kr as placeholders, and prices far from a product's median price are treated as data errors rather than bargains.

Price history

Every time a price changes, a new observation is saved. That lets you see whether today's price is genuinely low, instead of trusting the word “sale”.
